It's near to almost everything I wanted to do.

I have some issues with the bathroom sink but it was addressed properly right away.

It was filthy. The lobby area was nice and clean. Then you go to your room and it was disgusting. We found black hair on our sheets that look like they were dirty.

Very close to the malls. Relatively inexpensive.

Room is quite small. Only 2 bottled water per day are allocated. no coffee of other condiments. There was construction during the day in the same premise just outside my window.

The internet is very slow and I had a hard time connecting.

Bad decision at the front desk

The front desk declined accommodation to my friend who is supposed to stay for the room I paid

the room was spacious for a family of three. Location was perfect!

the aircon was quite loud and the temperature of the ac inside the bedroom was not that cold.

the staff were attentive and helpful.

the aircon unit was noisy. i reported it and they changed the unit instead of moving me to another room, but it was still noisy. they replaced it twice but nothing changed. they still didnt move me to another room. i had to play a white noise music from my tablet to muffle the noise. 3 nights of bad sleep. ☹️ i wont be coming back for this reason alone.

The property is near the mall. The room we stayed at is big.

There's no parking available for guest.

Family Room is spacious enough. T&B is decent as well. Location is very very good, near a mall entrance & access to everything, specially shopping.

The smell of the hallway, maybe a humidifier and a little scent can be added.

Location, location. We've been staying here for a long time. Always consider this hotel for its convenience to everything you need in Central Makati.

I hope renovations will be done soon. It can look a lot better, its very old style looking.

the position is amazing right in front of the greenbelt, great breakfast, incredible staff

there is construction on 2 sides of the hotel and it is impossible to stay in the room during the day.

The property is just in front of the Greenbelt 5 mall and has a convenience store nearby. The hotel staff especially the bellboys are courteous and helpful. They will help you load and unload your luggage and belongings.

Please consider replacing the carpets in your hotel room hallways due to their smell (mold or mildew).

It is near many shopping and restaurant areas like Greenbelt, Glorietta, and Landmark.

Excellent location. Friendly staff. Lot of food, shopping, and massage options.

TV is outdated.
